Touchless Shopping Policy

We care deeply about ensuring our purchase experience is as safe as possible for those that pick up, process, or receive materials from us. 

We use the following protections:

• We prepare all orders in a well-ventilated area
• Before performing any work, we check to see that our team does not have a high temperature, cough, runny nose, or any open sores on exposed skin
• We wear masks, eye protection, and protective gloves when we source an item, package it, and provide it to a courier 
• We use third-party services that provide and mandate sufficient protective equipment for pickup and delivery staff through every step of the delivery process
