Refund policy
Returns
We cannot accept returns of opened packages. If the product is unopened we can accept a return within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact your credit card company, though keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale-priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, then send us an email at leatradingcorporation@gmail.com and send your item to 3093 Bathurst Street, Suite 664, Toronto ON M6A 2A3, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address and use an insured and trackable service:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary in relation to where you reside.
